At Florifi, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and be reported to us within the 14 day window.
To begin a return, email us at info@florifi.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Custom-made or made-to-order items are also not eligible for return.
Returns requested after the 14 day window will not be accepted.
