By using our website (www.florifi.co.uk) placing an order, or interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

3. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. However, we can’t guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability won’t change without notice. Photos are for illustrative purposes only.

All of our amendments are:

Vegan Based Products are 100% Vegan-Friendly (no animal-derived ingredients)

If you have specific requirements or allergies, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

4. Ordering & Payments

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7.
Payment is accepted via secure third-party processors (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Klarna, etc.).
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UK using trusted couriers.
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days unless otherwise noted.
Shipping charges are clearly stated at checkout.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes, pandemics).

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s wrong, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns are accepted if:

The item is unopened and in its original packaging
You contact us beforehand for return approval
You return the item within 14 days of approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Due to the nature of soil amendments, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

All content on this site — including text, images, branding, and product names — belongs to Florifi. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.


8. Liability

Our products are intended for general horticultural use only. While we aim to support healthy growing, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our products or website.
