Mammoth TT Twin Speed Inline Fan

Take absolute control of your indoor climate with the Mammoth TT Twin Speed Inline Fan. Engineered to rapidly swap stagnant air for fresh, dynamic air circulation, this powerful extractor allows you to toggle between two high-performance speed settings at the press of a button.

Whether you need a gentle, steady air turnover for delicate environments or rapid extraction to clear heat and humidity from a dense footprint, the Mammoth TT acts as two fans in one—ensuring pristine air quality across any setup.

Core Features:

  • Adjustable Dual Airflow: Instantly adapt to changing environmental demands and seasonal shifts without needing to purchase multiple separate inline units.

  • Whisper-Quiet Operation: Runs with minimal acoustic output (operating as low as 26dB), ensuring a highly discreet, peaceful, and noise-free extraction setup.

  • IP65 Water & Dust Resistance: "Dust-tight" casing rated to withstand high-humidity environments, moisture misting, and airborne particulates.

  • Thermal Safety Overrides: Built-in automatic cut-off switches safely shut down the unit if temperatures rise too high, giving you total peace of mind during 24-hour continuous operation.

Simple Deployment Protocols:

Each unit features an integrated mounting bracket for swift installation directly onto structural support frames, walls, or ceilings. Simply mount the chassis, clamp your ducting, plug the included 1.8m UK mains cable into a standard power source, and select your optimal speed setting.

Technical Summary:

  • Dual Velocities: Variable two-speed rocker toggle switch.

  • Easy Install: Integrated, structural mounting bracket.

  • Power Lead: 1.8m UK mains cable included.

  • Certifications: UKCA, CE, and RoHS certified.

  • Protection: Auto-overheat safety cut-off.

  • Warranty: Backed by a comprehensive 2-year warranty.

🍃 Environmental Extraction & Filter Sizing Tool

Input your space dimensions and target air exchange cycle frequency to determine the exact minimum required volumetric extraction rate (m³/h).

Target Cycles/Hour
💡 Standard Recommendations: 60 cycles/hr replaces environmental volume once per minute (ideal for closed cultivation). 30 cycles/hr is standard for ambient structural cooling.

As a general rule, you should aim to exchange the air in your grow space every 1–3 minutes. To calculate the required fan capacity, multiply your room volume (length × width × height in metres) by 20–60 to get the minimum m³/h rating. For example, a 1.2m × 1.2m × 2m tent (2.88m³) needs a fan rated at least 58–173 m³/h.

CFM (cubic feet per minute) and m³/h (cubic metres per hour) are both units of airflow. To convert CFM to m³/h, multiply by 1.699. So a 200 CFM fan equals approximately 340 m³/h. Most UK and EU fans are rated in m³/h, while US products often use CFM.

Your carbon filter should be rated at the same or higher m³/h than your fan. Using an undersized filter will reduce its effectiveness and shorten its lifespan. Mammoth Carbon Filters are sized to match common fan ratings — check the product specifications for the recommended fan pairing.

Most carbon filters last 12–18 months under normal use, but this depends on humidity levels, air quality, and how continuously the fan runs. High humidity (above 70% RH) can saturate the activated carbon faster. Running your fan at a lower speed with a fan controller can extend filter life significantly.

Static pressure (measured in Pa or mmH₂O) matters when air has to pass through ducting, bends, or a carbon filter — all of which create resistance. For most grow tent setups with a carbon filter and 1–2m of ducting, look for a fan with at least 150–250 Pa of static pressure to maintain effective airflow.
