Protect your lawn from leatherjacket damage with Steinernema feltiae parasitic nematodes. Leatherjackets — the larvae of crane flies (daddy long legs) — feed on grass roots, causing yellowing patches and turf damage. Nematodes offer a natural, chemical-free way to reduce their numbers.
For best results, apply in late summer when leatherjackets are young and most vulnerable. Soil temperature must be above 10°C at the time of application. Water the nematodes into a moist lawn and keep the soil damp for several weeks after treatment.
Available in 100sqm (approx - 50 million nematodes) or 500sqm (approx - 250 million nematodes).
